bez różnicy , możesz i na mokre i na suche.
bierze się tego odrobinkę, dosłownie kropelkę rozciera na dłoni i wciera
we włosy ( głównie w końcówki) nie birez tego za duzo bo sobie
"przetłuścisz" włosy.
Ja uzywam tego na suche włoski przed prostowaniem, potem ewentualnie
troche na koncówki po prostowaniu:)
