They were advertised as hamburgery and t was at the targowiska in
Jastrzebie. I am willing to try out a few different recipes to see if I get
close but I am looking for a starting point - like is it more likely to be
just beef or a mixture of beef and pork. If someone wrote that they were
looking for a hamburger recipe from the states, it would be only beef - no
other meat ingredient. We are having a picnic and I would like to try to
make these for our friends who most of which are from Poland.
