Chyba dodanie do tego rillettes odrobiny armagnac lub cognac nie uczyniloby
mu krzywdy.

California Rillettes
Ingredients
2 T flat leaf parsley
1 T fresh tarragon
1 2 inch piece of red onion
5 oz cooked meat. (I like chicken, but veal or pork will also work)
1 t lemon zest
1 t lemon juice
6 T unsalted butter
1 t salt
1 t ground pepper (or to taste)
In a food processor or blender, process ingredients until finely pureed and
well blended. Taste, adjust the seasoning, pack into ramekins and chill.
Serve with crackers.
