No i prosze, szukac nie musze, moge najwyzej przetlumaczyc, choc jest
blad w oryginale:
340 gr suchego makaronu rurki o przekroju 1 cm
2 lyzki masla
110 gr lub 220 ml startego Bel Paese
110 gr lub 220 ml startego Fontina
55 gr lub 110 ml startego Gorgonzola (wyzej jest blad - 2 oz nie moga
byc 1 i 1/2 cup, tylko 1/2 cup)
220 ml smietanki
Starty parmesan
zmielony pieprz
Ugotowac makaron wedle instrukcji. Roztopic maslo w garnuszku, dodac
pierwsze trzy sery i mieszac, az roztopione. Dodac smietanke, wymieszac.
Umiescic makaron na talerzach, polac sosem, popieprzyc, posypac
parmezanem. Podawac natychmiast.
