Po angielsku le wyglada na dobry przepis.
Prosciutto to typ wloskiej szynki, natomiast Parma Prosciutto to szczyt marzen i
snow.

FILLET OF COD WITH PARMA HAM AND HERB CRUST
(SERVES 6)
Ingredients:
3 large fillet of cod (skinned and pin boned),
6 slices of Parma ham,
3 slices of fresh white bread,
20g flat leaf parsley,
20g coriander,
4 cloves of garlic,
pepper,
1egg beaten,
2tbs olive oil.
Method:
In a food processor put the bread, garlic and salt and blend until fine
breadcrumbs, add chopped parsley and coriander and blend until you have green
breadcrumbs. Cut cod fillets in half and score 4 cuts at a diagonal. Cut each
slice of Parma ham into 4 pieces and stuff them into the scores. Brush the
fillets with the beaten egg and pat the breadcrumb mix on top of the fillets.
Lay them on a lightly oiled baking tray. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake in a
moderate oven (350F/180C/Top of AGA) Bake for 10-15 mins. Serve with the tomato
and red pepper salsa
